Good gaming site?

Seriously though Gamespot is OK but the don't update enough or do anything special. The site has not real point of view and never feels like they are breaking any stories.
 
How about this. I want to hear of a good gaming podcast.

I am the biggest Jeff Gerstmann fan and I have been following him for 5+ years however I do not really like the Giantbombcast because it is so long and a lot of what they talk about in there is not game related. Anyway, it is the only one I listen to. It has potential to be great but they'd have to stay on topic (and rearrange the format).
