Good free file locking program..?

Tried alot of stuff and must say...Winguard pro 2005 is the shit. It can encrypt and all that but even better it can lock Explorer, My computer ect, ect. So you dont even need to mess with the encrypt crap. I highly recommend it!!

Yea PGP is really nice, but the fact is most people have no clue what a public/private key is and are better off using something based soley off of a passphrase (Although axcrypt also has keyfile support).
