Good driver settings to use?

I was wondering whats the best Driver settings to have on for best performance but also good quality.

Right now I have
1024x768@100hz vsync off
AA 4x
Anisotropic filtering off
Everything else is default
77.76 Beta Drivers System specs in sig
 
I only use the CP AA and AF settings when there are no settings for that ingame (except doom3 wich sets AF to 8xAF in HQ-mode)
Use the ingame setings, they work best(the way the game designers meant it too)...
Then you can use the CP settings for those games that dosn't have any ingame settings...
