Good deaon this LCD???

1. they say it displays 16.7 million colors on a 16ms panel. highly unlikely.....who knows what other stats they're mis-representing.

2. never heard of the brand in any product.

3. only 1 year warrenty.

The price is pretty good though. If you're not too picky, I'd say go for it, but I am so those are my thoughts. looks like it's getting good reviews, probably a safe buy.
 
there have been some really nice deals on samsung 17inchers at newegg recently, around 200 bucks. I think one was the 172x? I have no idea though there are so many names of panels out there now.
