Good deal on a folding case with a real PSU

It might just be me but for a dedicated folding box this is pretty close to a perfect case and comes with a Seasonic PSU to boot(nice pun huh?)

That's not a bad price. That would certainly fill my needs. Very similar to the Antec case I am looking at for my boxen.
