I personally will be going for an E2160 & Asus P5K-VM. Hope is to overclock to right around 3Ghz which will probably be faster than the 3.2Ghz Windsor. If you must go AMD you might be better served by getting hte X2 5000 Black Edition which is $99.99 - you might be able to get it to the same 3.2Ghz speeds.
 
I just got an Asus P5E-VM HDMI and an E4500 :D:D:D I got the E4500 for 90 dollars (97 after tax)at Microcenter and the Asus board from Newegg (140 shipped) for a total of about 240 dollars, which is basically the same price as the setup you posted. I'd highly recommend you go Intel if you want performance and overclocking.

I'm actually about to put it together right now and I might post back with my results. I have a Lanbox and I'll be using a Zalman 7700cu, which has served me pretty well with my Pentium D. My temps never got above 52°C in an 80°F room. In my dorm, when we have the AC on all the time, I usually load at 38°C.

No plans to OC, I was thinking about getting the 5000+BE just in case but its not a big deal for me, lawst system ii OCed was a 2500+ barton lol :p
After thinking about it im only really gettin the game for fee ($160 for the CPU + 80 for the Mobo =$240) and i probably wont play the game
