Good Cooler for i7 & AM3 ?

Not looking to get the best of the best. How is Xigmatek Dark Knight for Ph II 955 BE and i7 920 ? or what about other choices. Also don't want it to be too big, so as to interfere with the RAM. Not looking to spend over $50 on a new cooler.

If anyone is selling one here, I'll take that.
 
If you keep an eye out, you can sometimes find good deals at Bestbuy and online for the Corsair H50 which is a fantastic cooler and because of its setup makes it quite compact.
