I'm looking for a good cheap hardware raid 1 SATA HD.
Doesn't need to be a huge HD, 500 gb or less is fine :)

I recommend Hitachi 5K and 7K series if you are looking at consumer drives, or the Ultrastars if you are looking for enterprise drives.
