Hey, I do some basic audio recording (with fraps, for youtube vids) as well as talking to people over teamspeak/skype etc. So far I've used Turtle Beach Z2 headset and I was satisfied with it - there was no background static or any sort of noise other than a bit of ambient fan noise coming from my PC.

Unfortunately it has broken now and I'm looking for something new. However I don't really want to spend a lot of money, so I'm considering using just some inear earphones and getting a standalone mic. Is there anything cheap I can get that would have no noise? I'm not looking for pro level quality or anything.

Alternatively if a headset would actually be a better choice at the same price point I'd be ok with that as well.
I'm talking like sub 30 euros. So I have absolutely no idea if this is a realistic request or not. I've tried those really cheap 2 euro mics, like this one, and they are definitely not good enough.
 
I do not know much about European pricing, but this might work for you - Blue Microphones Snowflake.

I use their Yeti mic.
 
Well, European pricing and Estonian pricing are two different things entirely =P

This seems to be a list of microphones that are available at Estonian retailers, as you can see it is not very extensive. Though that is a more computer oriented aggregate site, so I might be able to find them from more specialized stores. So do mention mics even if they're not on that list.
 
I realize you said cheap mic's didn't work, but I have seen numerous people recommend this Zalman clip on mic

Otherwise I would also have to suggest one of the Blue Microphones

If you do voiceovers and YouTube vids please stay away from the Zalman clip mix. They are pure garbage. Do yourself a favor and get a Snowball, Yeti or at least a Samson Go Mic. Your buddies on Teamspeak and YouTube viewers would definitely appreciate it.

I'm using the Samson go mic and I love it. It has alot of the features of the higher end microphones but in a package a little bigger than an altoids mini tin. I chose it due to the form factor because I take my PC and Lan at a few of my buddy's houses and it easily fits in the coin pocket of my jeans.
 
Find someone on the forum with a SoundBlaster Z that doesn't use the monitor mount microphone that came with their card? :p

Shipping to Estonia would probably be 2x the cost of any decent mic :p

But yeah, I'll prolly try to get some Blue mic then. It's hard to judge as to whether the Snowflake is sufficient based on like youtube audio reviews, because there are different systems and background noises etc, it sounds terrible in some examples, but pretty acceptable in others.
