im looking for 5 120mm fans....no LEDs(unless the frame is black and i can put some electrical tape over em)...and i need them to plug into my motherboards 4 pin fan headers....

also if there is a 250mm fan that fits the same profile, that would be awsome(though i can live with the one i have now being on a molex connector.....
 
where did you get them for that price ?(that was one of the ones i was looking at after a quick search)
 
I really think we need a stickied thread called " The Fan Faq" that details all the current popular fans for specific uses, ie quite, performance, performance/Price, ect...

This would be great. I'm clueless when it comes to fans.
 
not alot of poeple know this but at performance pc's some of the fans will have a drop down & you can select "no changes - stock unsleved" & they take $3.00 off the fan price...like a 120 yate loon medium speed for $3.95 after "no changes" is selected

Mind you at full blast those loons are going to be 40 dB, depending how sensitive your ear is and where this rig will be run.
 
they probably wqont be at full blast all that often.......my stock antec ones in my 1200 are usually set to low, and keep my rig cool enough for my taste.
 
do all of these automatically come with a mobo header ? i cant tell from the drop down menue....


im going to end up with whats cheapest when i go to buy the fans (after my new PSU gets in lol) .....and thinness isnt really an issue, so long as they arnt thicker than Anec Tri Cools....my current case is a 1200(as stated above) with 5 Tri Cools....they do a good job, i just need fans that connect to my mobo, and these are off of molex only.
