Good Backup Software

I need good backup software (tired of NTBackup) for Windows 2000 & 2003 Servers, preferably something cheaper than BackupExec. I will be backing up to external hard drives on each server. There are no databases, all flat files.

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!
