Good and cheap xp1700 motherboard?

Hey guys i'm going to be building a cheap gaming rig for one of my friends. I had already built a system for one of my other friends, it has a ECS-K7S5A motherboard with a 1700, it works really well. With this new one i was thinking about going with a different motherboard. Can anyone recomend a good and cheap motherboard for a 1700, don't worry about future upgrades or anything, it will probably last him for a while, and we don't plan to overclock it. Thanks.
 
why not a shuttle nforce 2 ultra 400 mobo, 65$ and you could overclock the 1700 and with good memory get nice performance.

Thats what I was going to say but $30 is hard to beat :). I have a shuttle nforce 2 ultra OTW and have a shuttle kt266a thats been great for almost 2 years.
