CPU watercooling kit? i need to mount the main part outside of my case...mounted vertically.
 
Need just a bit of info here. How much money ya got and how much of it do you want to spend? Do you want to passive or active cool off the radiator?
 
If you just want the CPU cooled and nothing else, the CoolIT Domino that I'm thinking about getting might just be a good choice:

Depends on how severely you're looking to cool or overclock, but for the price, for it's compact size and all-in-one nature, I think it's a winner.
 
The Swiftech sounds like a good deal for you as it mounts out of the case and is relatively inexpensive. The 120 at about $150 retail will get you going right now. If you want a little expandability the perhaps the 220 kit at $200 retail will help ya out.

Active cooling is when you use a fan. An example of a passive system is the Zalman Reserator

thanks for explaining the difference, i guess i could have thought a little further...passive and air :p
