CPU watercooling kit? i need to mount the main part outside of my case...mounted vertically.

Depends on how severely you're looking to cool or overclock, but for the price, for it's compact size and all-in-one nature, I think it's a winner.
The Swiftech sounds like a good deal for you as it mounts out of the case and is relatively inexpensive. The 120 at about $150 retail will get you going right now. If you want a little expandability the perhaps the 220 kit at $200 retail will help ya out.
