good 400 w power supply?

ive been looking into some power supplies and im leaning a bit more towards antec. theres the smartpower and then the true power. whats the difference? which would be better for my set up?
asus a8v-e delux mobo
amd 64 3000+
ati radeon x600 aiw 256
 
Smartpower=basic spec compliance
TruePOwer=3% load regulation

That is the very general difference. What is you budget and complete system specs?

Not a vey demanding system. What upgrades are you planning?
 
actually alot of those things are being upgraded right now. i got the new motherboard and new cpu and a new graphics card. right now im not at home and i dont kno how much wattage is coming out of my psu. thats why i was just thinking about getting a 400w psu
