Good 3D home design software?

I've been thinking about modeling my house so I can play around with remodeling/painting etc. I'm looking for recommendations on good software. I don't want standard CAD software, I want something 3D.

Any ideas?
 
I've used quite a few, but without a doubt, Punch! offers the best solution around. I spent money on the AS4000 version, although the platinum version is very capable as well.

Now, if you wanted to spend some serious cash, get yourself a copy of Chief Architect... ;)
