Good 19in CRT?

Hey, I decided not to go with a LCD this time around, after college I will be getting an LCD, by then there should be something much better then whats offered now.

I was wondering what a good 19in CRT monitor is? I will be doing mainly gaming but also forums and movies. My main concern is gaming though. I did a search and there wasnt much info on CRT's in there.

I would like to keep it near 200 dollars if at all possible, but will probably pay upwards of 260 for something really good. I would like it flat screen, and high resolution possibilities would be nice.

Where is a good place to buy CRTs? I was looking on Newegg and they seem to have sold quite a few, but is there anywhere else that is more specialized in monitors to order from?

Let me know what you guys have had luck with in the CRT world. I am currently using a Compaq 7500 series 17".
 
My NEC FE991SB was the best CRT monitor I ever had. Not sure if they still make them it cost me $268.00 almost 3 years ago. Its must be dying now because of a flicker in the left hand corner of the screen with anything less the 100mhz reresh rate.

Samsung is good to for around $260.00
 
Viewsonic G90F+ is a great little monitor, good colors and image, even though it's a shadow mask.

Over in NEC country, there's the new FE992, but I don't know how they look. The FE991s were good though.

And then you have the Samsungs, which you can buy in store. They're pretty good, but I hate their chassis.

If this were 1.5 years earlier, I'd be recommending the NEC FP912, which I currently own. Sadly, NEC-Mitsubishi discontinued it along with all their other good CRTs (the FP912, DP930, FP2141, FE2221, DP2070). Lame. :(
 
find a Sony Trinitron. Though it'll be ~5 years old already and who knows how long it'll last.
