Good 19" lcd for CHEAP

Hello. I am wondering if anyone can recommend a good 19" lcd that can be had for CHEAP. I don't really ask for much and I think a lot of the lcds on the net fit my criteria but I am not sure which one to pick as there are so many. Here are the musts:

1. 19" 1280x1024 or lowerr resolution (gasp!)
2. Very good viewing angles.
3. Nice colors
4. Sharp text
5. Dirt cheap

I don't care much about ghosting or speed or higher resolutions or looks that much. This may sound kind of backwards but I was wowed by the dell 1905fp that my school computers use even though the viewing angles weren't the best. Hmm maybe it was the other 19" model. Anyway as long as it is cheap I am willing to compromise some things.

Edit: Now that I read some forum posts, I think it wasn't the 1905fp. Anyway, would that be a good dirt cheap monitor or do you have any other suggestions?
 
Hmm seems a little expensive for a fairly unknown brand. Aren't there $200 dollar 19" monitors or something like that?
