Gonna make my custom WC box.

As you can see in the newest one, I don't have alot of space between the case and the shelf. I am going to make it 4.5 inches which will give me a nice clearance and still not waste space.

Its gonna be mounted on the bottom of my LL PC 65, its gonna be all alu just like my LianLi, with a window and rivet'd just like my factory window is. So basicly its gonna look like small version of it. Its gonna have lighting and a VFD comming out of it.

Anyone have an idea how much a 19.5 x 8 x 4.5 BRUSHED ALU cube with a window cutout and 4 cut outs ( 3 fan and one VFD) let me know.

Any suggestions it let me know.

BTW: Whats the minumum CFM that I should have on my rad?
 
I too was going to get setup a watercooling system, and i was going to have all the water stuff in a seperate box. The thing is i was thinking about making an aluminum case at the schools metal shop, but it would just be too much work so i type metal boxes in to google and found some pretty cool stuff. You might just want to think about that :)
Anyways i would say, from what i here, over 50 cfm for the fans and it would be better to 120mm then 80mm. But good luck with project, sounds like it will be fun.
