Any experiences I should hear about?

So far both the two new agesa updates have allowed me to step up my ddr4 one speed higher. No fuss, no muss just select the new speed save and reboot when ever before the update I would have to clear cmos or crash into bios with an unstable boot type warning.

My two rank 2*16 dimms are doing very well. I got them when the price crashed just before Ryzen went live. New for $200. Now they are all $400 ish.

Might play with DOCP and try to get to 3200... I keep thinking Skyrim plus mods galore in a ram drive.

Side note....

How do these compare to others?

------

I have room for an additional m.2 sata which could easily be placed in raid o with c drive.

I have room for an additional m.2 nvme - while raid is possible I am not sure I am ok with the particulars (almost certainly have to be a windows based soft raid)

I am thinking an m.2 sata 3 raid could kick some serious ass. I would need to use the onboard sata ports/controllers
though.

Thoughts, ideas, suggestions are welcome

Thank you

Not sure on your Crosshairs board, but mine (MSI B350M Mortar) was just bricked by the most recent update. I went from the board's original bios (w/o Agesa) to the new one with AGESA Code 1.0.0.6. The board was running fine on the original Bios, but would only run my RAM at 2400mhz and the boot was very slow; new bios simply gives me a CPU error LED and won't even post. I tried everything and the kitchen sink to get it back up, but since I can't even get it to post or boot to DOS it's a bit flying blind.

Had to swap out the MSI board out with a Gigabyte which is working fine as well as all the components.

I had a similar incident first time I tried to push up ram to 2400. Cmos button eventually worked.
