Alright somehow a friend of mine was able to come across a large amount of generic hardware (about 10 or 20 power supplies, a few cases, some speakers, all nib). All of the hardware is made by a company by the name of Goldenfield. A lot of googling and the only information I had come upon is that they have only one Internet store carrying their equipment in the US, and apparently are very popular in China. I was hoping I could probe Hardforum to see if anybody knew anything (quality or otherwise) since this power supply has nothing on it. No FCC (illegal?) ratings/approval/etc, no stats, just a piece of paper that says its wattage. It seems to be well built but I'd like to get others opinions. Higher res/disassembly upon request. Thanks, -hoka

Wow thanks for helping, one thing that worries me is the lack of any sort of approval/warning stickers. I thought that it required at least some form of special sticker for it to be legal in the US? I've got a few cases that go with it that are uh, of a very curious design and I might end up selling one. Would be nice to make sure I'm not doing anything illegal if I sell one.

well as an individual you wouldnt be liable for selling it without a sticker
just point that out in the sales literature\post
however ethically Id provide as much info as possible especially the amps per rail breakout if you can positively ID the unit
they are really geared towards older PIII boards from what I gather, and someone might incorrectly employ the supply and the hassle of repurcussions for someone blowing up a mobo or simply not having it work might negate any profit or the time invested
