I say just mod one yourself :p

That said, I doubt there is one, haven't seen any myself.
 
basing hardware purchases on the easily changeable variable of led color seems nonsensical to me.
 
OK then, what is a modifiable LED fan with high air flow that won't rupture my eardrums? (It doesn't have to be silent, but not some jet engine.)

I use a fan controller.
