Looks similar to the system I just ordered. I don't see anything that jumps out as being a problem. Thermal paste if you don't have it already is about the only thing I can think of.

Check out zipzoomfly for the PSU, not sure what the price is right now but it was about $30 cheaper than what you have listed when I ordered it ~1 week ago.
 
Be aware that a lot of online shops still have the B3 stepping of the Q6600 in stock. clubit.com has the G0 guaranteed.

OCs great - 3.4 GHz is stable, I need better cooling to make 3.6 stable for more than 20+ hours.
 
I pulled the trigger last night, im very excited!!!!!!!!! :):):)

Although i still have to find a graphics card now since dell decided to cancel on me :{
