Going mad with this issue

that is odd. so you have now changed everything but cpu and hdd right? ive never seen a chip die like this under normal use but I guess its not impossible. do you have access to another hdd or cpu to test with? because that's all that's left to try...

My hdd died today,i saw smoke coming from it xd,i bought a new HDD and when i try to install windows it says "starting windows",then a perma-black screen on my TV and nothing happens and my pc wont freeze on bios,thats so weird
