No, actually, I don't. My peers in the area ( the few of them ) all do the same. It's called, "Professionalism".

Again....that is great. However it is in my experience that it is far from the norm.

You seem to be in an area, and have surrounded yourself with a set of peers, that is above the norm and of high calibar. Sincerly, kudos to you.

Oh and btw...when I say "bust through their defenses" I just wanted to say that it is what I am PAID to do.
