Is it possible to buy a filter to make a monitor matte?
I've seen quite a number of people claiming this while researching on the net, but they never say "what" filter. Like this guy: http://www.tech-forums.net/forums/f78/glossy-matte-monitor-gaming-250852/#post1931188

My friends have laptops with glossy screens and I HATE them. Not only you can't see anything if you have a light behind you, but if you play games that have dark areas (like AVP, Alan wake, etc..) you will have a really hard time with some of them.

Thing is, there's a really good (Samsung S23A700D 120Hz) glossy monitor that is €115 cheaper than the next 120hz matte monitor. That's quite a lot of money (for me) and I'm on a bit of a budget. Is there any good of filter that you can apply to the monitor?

Moreover, I will be running this alongside a matte monitor. I wonder if having a matte monitor and a glossy monitor alongside looks really bad?
