I'm not sure if it's the monitor or the graphics card, probably the monitor, it's an old 17" Hansol CRT. Sometimes (but rarely) the image just blurs and wobbles for a few seconds and then returns to normal. I really don't know how to describe it. Is it my monitor? My graphics card isn't old and has good cooling.
