Every seems to talk of the Logitechs 680 and the Klipchs Ultras but how do these speakers rank/compare cause I'm thinking of picking them up. Any first had experience?
 
if your not a bass head get the S700's

if you are get the klipsch's

dont even consider the logitechs
 
Word is that the gigaworks s700's are pretty level with the klipsch 5.1 ultras. Purely preference on sound. Either one of them are great sets of speakers so you'll prolly have to demo them to figure out which one you like better.
 
Ya, best buy had the klipchs but they had some super crappy input so they sounded like crap. I also like that with the S700 they are upgradable to 7.1
 
lol, I noticed the same thing with the Best Buy near my place and putting the ultras with the crappiest input ever! I was like, man, these sound like shit, then I realized that only 1 of the inputs was even in and it was running off the radio! You would think they would want people to hear how good they are not how they sound in the worst conditions ever.
