I have a Gigabyte X58a-UD3R with a Intel i7 920 with 6GB of Corsair Dominator Tri-Channel Memory. I did a intel burn test and my computer crashed and ever since I cant get past verifying DMI Pool data. Sometimes it will says update success but just sits there.

I am going to be replacing my Corsair HX1000 PSU because its very bad psu and always shuts off my computer on me. When that happens I have to mess around with the 24pin for it to even turn back on. I have been having this issue for quite sometime, and I was wondering could this be causing the problem if the DMI pool data or no.

You are probably wondering if I'm overclocking. Yes, but I put everything back to default just to rule out the overclocking failure.

Anyone have any suggestions?

You mentioned that you did some overclocking on your system.
If your over clock is not stable it will cuase crashed on your system.
Try running Intel burn test without over clocking to check.
1. What is your over clocking setting?
My advised is that when your are doing over clocking.
--> a. Under bios setup/ MIT/ Performance Enhance from Turbo set to Standard.
b. Try to add memory voltage to 1.5V ~1.6V to try.
c. Try the latest bios F8a (if your motherboard is revision 1.0) to check.

I have the same board.

IIRC it does have a dual BIOS (one main, one backup that can't be changed). Try clearing the CMOS (blue lit up button near the USB ports on the board) then booting the board again, that should load from the backup BIOS

Another way to boot from back-up bios is as follows:
a. Turn on the power.
b. Then press power button for 10 seconds.
c. After the system shutdown, turn on the power again.
The system will boot from back-up bios.
Please try to check.
