I've heard mixed reviews some people love overclocker's usually do not BUT you could slap a 120mm fan on it

I'd probably go with somethinglike this than something with a traditional hsf, since I could probably stick a quiet fan on there and get similar or better cooling with much less noise.

If you've got the room.

A passively cooled X800XL will definitely have an effect on your case temperatures.
