I need to RMA my Gigabyte video card. For those that have done the same, about how long does it usually take? My only issues is, my mobo doesn't have on-board video so I can't use my computer until I get it back.

Gigabytes RMA service is usually pretty decent, 1-2 weeks turn around for me.

Ditto. Had to RMA 2 motherboards probably 5 years ago and they were very diligent about the whole process; I hope that hasn't changed.

Got my card back from Gigabyte's RMA service. Overall, I'd say it was a decent experience - no real headaches. It took about 3 weeks total. They said they didn't find anything wrong with my card. Which is possible as my computer's issues may have been coming from a failing SSD. I got my card back and installed it with a new SSD and everything seems to be working great. My only real gripe is that it sat for over week after the latest update from them said no issues were found. I wrote them an email about a week and half after that update asking when I would get back my card and they shipped it the next day. Meh.
