So I have the motherboard in the title and everything was working great when I used my ATi 5870 with it, then I exchanged that and got a 6850 and now my computer gives me a beep code that says there is something wrong with the graphics card. So I went to a computer store and asked them to test the card and it worked flawless on 2 different computers. After the beep code if i restart the computer it just goes into an endless restarting loop and i have no idea whats wrong.

Everything worked with out a problem when i had the 5870, I have also tried both memory sticks and that doesn't do anything. I have also tried reseting the CMOS and that was of no help.

Oh and the first time i booted with the new card on everything went fine I just forgot to connect my screen to the card, but i heard the Windows start up music through my headphones and then when i connected the screen i got no signal and when i pushed the reset button the computer this started to happen.

many of those specific model boards can run into the "reboot loop." its the motherboard.
i don't know much about it... but as i was looking for potential motherboards , this problem is what caused me to knock the P67A-UD3-B3 off my list.

You know if there is any way to fix it or do I need to return it and get a new one?

i don't know of any way to fix it, but in my opinion you should go get a different make and model motherboard all together.

Well this was strange, now i got it to post but after about 5 secs my screen went black again and like 10 secs later it rebooted again and now it doesn't work again..

if you are able to get into the bios again, try loading optimized defaults

Well now i have no idea whats wrong, i took the motherboard to the store it was bought and they tested it and it worked fine for them.. so now I'm thinking it has to be the ram or the PSU.
