Is there a guide som place, I can't seem to move either PC
's up at all.
 
It depends on which board/chipset it is... Is it a P35 or X58 or 890FX or 770G or any of the ones in between?

A little more information would be helpful. Although, judging by your signature, you have a P45? Look around for P45 overclocking guides even though you seem to already have an overclock on it?
