How's the noise and temperature level?

I'm trying to decide between a gigabyte and an msi gtx 570 twin frozr iii

I already receive a bad card from msi (6970 lightning) so not sure if I want to go with them again.

Go with the msi frozr II, you won't notice the difference from the TD III and it'll save you a little dough.

I have the EVGA superclocked, and I don't have too many complaints about it. The temps seem good, it idles in the low 30s, and generally won't get above mid 60s in use. With stress testing with the EVGA OC scanner it will hit 72 C, but that seems to be the highest it will go as long as the fan profile is good. This is with a fan profile set though, be sure you use that if you do get it. The sound definitely isn't silent, but it isn't very bad. Above 60% fan speed though, and it will be a little loud. But it isn't bad. When I have my speakers on, I can't hear it anyway, but if I turn them off or when I exit a game, it is definitely a little loud until the temp goes down and the fan speed drops.

But overall, I'd definitely recommend it. It seems to OC pretty well too, I'm currently running 875/1750/2025 at 1.050 V. It could probably go higher, but I haven't even bothered trying yet.
