Gigabyte Bios Bownloads

I cannot find MD5 pn Gigabytes site.I see that they recommend two (Chinese?)download managers What alternatives are there,besides downloading straight,without authentication?Are there better managers? I've used bittorrent,but that seems a little overkill,and I see no mirror sites.One would think they would be interested in the integrity of their downloads.
This is an area in which I am lost.

they appear to be self extracting zip files.

that should already incorporate a checksum function when extracting the files.

not sure if it's md5 or not.
