1080Ti's are making $1.50-$2.50 a day right now in crypto - and that may drop further because the Equihash ASICs are hitting the market in force starting today (bitmain's Z9 mini's are arriving today).

ZEC (ZCash) was historically a big mining bastion for Nvidia miners --- but the Asics will take that workload by storm.

One Z9 mini Asic costs $850 right now, and mines, when overclocked, at the equivalent of (21) 1080T's (about 15,000 k/sols/s), and uses less than 1/10 the power.

So ROI on a 1080TI will be a take an increasingly long time to pay off going forward without the Equihash algorithm's benefit.
