It should. I don't know anything about water cooling, but I've read the manual (downloadedable at Gigabytes website) it seems pretty thorough. It does support LGA 775, which is what intel uses.

However, the case only comes equipped to cool the cpu and nothing else... no vga blocks or chipset blocks.

Ok thanks (should have looked there myself lol) i only intend to water cool the CPU anyways. Northbridge will be fine with a huge sink and fan on it.
