Ghosting on DELL u2715h

I am also experiencing ghosting on my new u2715h. I can clearly see them with texts on gray background while using smooth scrolling (firefox). It makes my eyes very tired. I checked with my another monitor (24 inch LG IPS) and it was fine. Is this normal with u2715h?

By the way, I found the following link which is the same as what I am experiencing.
