Looks like those new invisibility cloaks that the military ordered came one size too small.
 
That gigapixel image is stitched together from like 50 cameras all snapping an image at the same moment, so yeah, that happens quite often. Was fun looking for the "seams" the other day when that picture first appeared...

I still haven't found Waldo yet. :D
