Afternoon you lot,
First post to share my ghetto watercooling project.
About to do a loop test.... wish me luck.

Ghetto!?!?! That's awesome! With the right case, you're looking at a really slick steam punk mod here. I've always wanted to to try watering cooling with hardlines (ss or copper). Kudos to you for pulling it off. With custom water blocks at that! Good luck with the test!

Looks like a lot of work. You got skills. Is this going to be a chilled water cooling loop?

It was a lot of work, but bit by bit it came together.
As for chilled.... no, just an old oil cooler for a radiator.

That's not ghetto, that's pretty [H]. You might want to get some Ram/VRM sinks for for vid cards though.

This is beyond awesome!

Be sure to report back when you're done.

If you can try testing the lines with air first.

that looks pretty damn cool.

what ID is that copper? you might have some flow problems having so many blocks in series...

Clamps on those tubes by the CPU...

I also hope you're running some kind of antifreeze for the corrosion inhibitor because you're mixing aluminum and copper...

Looks pretty sweet. Do let us know how it works out. The funny thing is that I was just thinking about how sweet an all copper water cooling setup would look.

That's awesome! Where did you get that piping? That does not look like standard 1/4" or 1/2" piping.
