Well I am trying to over clock my core speed on my card and I have the cool bits reg edit done but I get the core to 315 mhz and it begins to lock up in UT2k4. This is on stock cooling, any advice, tips, or help in general would help. Thanks.
 
Alright, any ideas for cheap core coolers? I really dont wanna spend more than $10 on this thing. Im really just trying to milk it without putting $ into it
 
I've got the Termaltake Copper HS/F on my MSI GeForce 4 Ti4600 .. it runs nice and smooth at 320Core and 740Ram .. I have had it clocked up to 321/756 stable .. but after a while I get artifacts from the ram getting too hot ..

My MSI GF4TI4400 work fine on 325@680

with stock cooling...

with better cooling my card works on 340@700 :p

you should get a better cooling system try TT G4 cooling kit
 
My Ti4600 works rather well at 320 with a Thermaltake Coolmod which comes with ramsinks.
 
Hmmmm I see, would it metter that I belive my card to be made by dell (my current comp is a dell... yes I know there crap now but at the time it seemed good) anyways I got my dell comp and it came with the card, on nvidias site dell is on a manufacturers list. I already know that without going to software I cant overclock my processor, just wondering if dell would have made the card and made it crappy.
