Getting Windows task bar to span both monitors

I'm not sure whether to post this is software or displays but since I figure people with dual displays will tend to hang out here more, I chose Displays. Mods move this is you feel it's appropriate. And now to the issue at hand.

I currently have a Dell 2001FP and a 1900FP, and am using them in a dual monitor setup. They both run at their native resolutions, which gives some weird scaling issues when I'm moving windows between them but that's OK. Once thing that does bug me a bit is that my task bar only spans one monitor. I figure that since I have dual monitors it would be nice to have a larger taskbar that will let me open more windows at once (for those especially intense porn sessions :D) as I am not a fan of grouping. Is there anything in Windows or some other free program that will let me span my taskbar across both windows, even if they're running at different resolutions?

Thanks in advance.

Edit: I do run XP, if that makes a difference.

Ultramon is without a doubt the most essential piece of software for any dual monitor setup. The sad part is that its only a 30 day trial...

Yeah I knew about Ultramon but $40 is a bit much for a taskbar, and even then it's not quite what I wanted. Their Smart Taskbar only puts windows on the monitor on that monitor's taskbar, whereas I just want one bigass taskbar that spans both monitors and is, in effect, one whole bar. Anyone else?

I appreciate you taking the time to respond though, and this is probably something I should have put in the original post.
