I just finished testing my extrenal watercooling system, but I need a way to get the tubes into the case. I was thinking about cutting the divider between 2 PCI ports in the back of the case but I dont really want to alter my case

What are the most common ways to getting them inside?

drilling tubing sized holes in the top/bottom of the case. Cutting out a PCI divider thing should work well.
