Getting thread title changed in trade forum

If I want to get a thread title changed in the trade forum (I added more stuff, the title is a bit rubbish now), do I PM one forum mod at random or what? What's the established method?

PM the forum moderators, Super Mod or an Admin. Provide a link and what you want the title to be changed to....it takes only a few minutes usually. :)
