Only one of my cores on my intel dual core e6420 is getting an error, and stopping stress test after about 15 minutes, the other core continues...
I've currently overclocked to 3.2ghz, which has been stable for a while... but I tried setting my memory to 4-4-4-15. I also tried to overclock my CPU to 3.6ghz, bringing my voltage up to 1.6! oops.
Can only one of my cores be fried? Everything is still running fine, anyone have any ideas as of whats going on?

If you're getting errors while stressing, your rig is not stable with your current settings. It could be that you need more voltage for that clock speed, or perhaps you are getting a bit too hot. If temps are ok, bump the voltage one notch and see what that does. If temps are too high, drop the clock speed a bit and go from there.

Whatever clock speed you do get stable, you want to minimize the voltage there. So once you have a stable clock speed, lower the voltage notch by notch until it's not stable. Then go up one notch on the voltage, and that should be good.
