Getting a new rig

Now i did a lot of research on ibuypowerpc and cyberpowerpc and the reviews scared me away, i don't want to have paid for a rig and feel like i just rolled a dice.
Anyways i was wondering if both of these computers can run Rift? and possibly GW2 in the future..

or is it better for me to buy the parts from microcenter and have the people at microcenter build it for me for about 140 or 120 i believe?

if so can anyone gather up the parts for me from microcenter or new egg? so i can just place the order and have it shipped.. my budget is about 900-1000$ would prefer to have win7 already includid..

EDIT: if it helps.. theres actually a microcenter few miles from me so all i have to do is drive there if i chose to buy my parts there.

What size monitor do you have? And what resolution is it? Both of those computers will likely run GW2 and Rift (as the games have not been released I cant guarantee that. Both rigs meet the publisher's recommended system requirements for Rift.)

I don't have any experience with Cyberpower in terms of reliability and the like. The CPU is better on the Dell, but the graphics card is better on the Cyberpower. Generally speaking the graphics card is more important for gaming than the CPU. However, if you do not have a high resolution monitor, it may not make a big difference.

Ideally you'd want the better graphics card in the Dell. But even if you bought a graphics card and tried to install it in the Dell, you'd also have to upgrade the power supply. And then you have to worry if the power supply will fit in the case. It becomes a hassle. Personally I build my desktops from parts. It's pretty fun, but I understand the anxiety that can go along with it. If you have a friend who can show you how to build a computer you'll be able to get the best of both for under a $1000. A lot of people in this forum are very helpful at picking out parts (see this thread: http://www.hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=1349433).

I'm not familiar with Microcenter's build services, but if it gives you some peace of mind that might be an option. Just set your budget to $880 while following the format of the above thread and know that you'll have to pay $120 to have someone else assemble it. Also check to make sure there are no restrictions on the service (e.g. all parts have to be bought at Microcenter.)

Well I was thinking about buying a 22inch monitor? But I do have a 32inch samsung hdtv so it would be nice to play on it if I at one point chosee too.. I don't know what the resolution on those are but I'm guessing with the inch's a professional like you would already know?

Even if you could just get me everything I need on new egg so that all I would need to do is order the shipment..
And then as a backup do the same thing on the microcenter site so when I go to the store I can have them put all those parts together..

Possible?

No. The probelm is that monitors of the same inches will still have wildy different resolutions. There are some 22" monitors out there that have a max res of 1680x1050 whereas some have 1920x1080. As for TVs, well there's two kinds of HD: 720P and 1080P. So saying you have a 32" HDTV doesn't help at all since 32" TVs come in 720P and 1080P forms. So find out the resolution of your TV.
