Getting a complete prefab case made

Has anyone looked into getting a complete ATX case made from a metal shop? If so what are the approx costs and process. I know Silverstone and Lian Li will work with companies to modify there cases but they want significant volume aka Voodoo Omen Falcon Fragbox.
