get second 1gb 6950?

Finally got around to unlocking my msi twin frozr iii 6950 1gb shaders last night and the 4fps gain was alot better than expected. With the new generation cards out is it worth it for me to start looking for another 1gb or try to sell this one when the 670ti drives the 7950 to lower prices next month? Been seeing 1gb cards pop around 150 and the cost is pretty good just the chances of it unlocking not so good.
 
If you are gaming at 1920x1080 then a second 6950 1GB will be more than enough horsepower. For $150 i'd get a second card and crossfire.
 
Yep gaming at 1920x1200 but i do play alot of bf3 and modded gta4 and skyrim thus maybe wanting to go to a 2gb card. Im sure i can hold off and play dota 2. Guess i'll keep looking for a second 1gb card, hopefully by the time 670 rolls out they'll drive prices even lower.
 
Sell it and get a 2gb card of some flavor. If you can't afford that and have to do a "buy 1 now, 1 later" kind of thing get a 7770, they CF incredibly well at the lower price point. Your post is kind of conflicting in indicators of what your $ is like.
 
Just trying to find the best price for performance upgrade. I try to stick to one gfx card upgrade per year but i've never tried the dual card setup. last time i had multi GPUs was 4870x2.
