Get my built in webcam to work

I have used my laptop (MSI GE62 2QD Apache Pro) for a few years and have never needed the built in webcam - until now. Device manager does not show any webcam and the MSI support page does not show any drivers for a webcam. How do I make it work? The OS is Win10-64 and the specs for the laptop show a webcam - it really does have one.

Push Fn+F6; apparently when you enable/disable the webcam via the key combination it disables the hardware to the point where it does not appear in device manager.

if it shows up after that^^^ windows should pick up the drivers through the update server. if not, d/l it from msi, install it, removed the webcam from device manager and reboot. should be good to go after that.

Yes, the Fn+F6 turned the camera on and loaded the drivers. Thanks for the help.
