How can I get into BIOS?

just press either del f1 or f2 at start up...it should say at the bottom of ur screen which key to press...after u press it, ur comp should boot into the bios options

Yeah, but the Lanparty boards just show that image of the Lanparty logo. But yes, Delete is the gateway to heaven, err, the Award Bios.
