Get All in wonder card to work with second video card.

Recently my dad built up a new machine and he wanted an All in Wonder card and dual outputs. He also wanted to only use DVI so that ruled out the All in Wonder 9600. So he bought an All in Wonder 9000pro along with a second PCI card, a Radeon 7500. The computer works great except on minor problem, when the Radeon 7500 is set to extend his desktop onto it, the TV tuner won't work on the All in Wonder card. Is there anyway to fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I really need help on this, if anyone knows a solution I would be most appreciated. If this helps here's the specs to my dad's computer:
